Are all your surveyors qualified and regulated?

Absolutely. All our partner surveyors and valuers are fully regulated and qualified. MPS conducts a rigorous vetting process prior partnering with any provider.

Can you handle multiple valuations simultaneously?
Yes. Our dedicated Valuations Panel department, combined with our extensive panel of registered valuation officers means that MPS can handle large volumes of valuation requirements within one
When do I pay for my survey?

Upon assigning the appropriate surveyor, we issue terms of engagement (if relevant) and an invoice is raised. Once it’s paid, your booking is confirmed and the survey is carried out.

My report has come back with recommendations for specialist work. Can you assist with this?
Yes. We have a dedicated Specialist Remedial Department that can arrange for the works required.
My property is tenanted. Can you arrange access?
Ofcourse. My Property Survey is here to streamline the entire process. From key collection where possible to arranging and scheduling access directly with your tenants.
Are terms agreed between me and MPS or direct with the surveyor?
Terms of Engagement are agreed directly between the client and the surveyor.
How quick can you schedule a survey?
Our response time during opening hours is normally within minutes, and our wide panel of surveyors and valuers means we offer a super fast turnaround on all services.
I require surveys on a regular basis. Do you have a platform where I can store, manage and view my reports?
MPS are in the process of building a fully custom client facing portal. Once live, this will enable clients to manage all their reports in one tidy location.
