My Property Survey was launched in 2019, and has since arranged thousands of property related surveys across the UK.

After recognising a gap in the market, we stepped in to provide a one stop solution for all property surveying needs, streamlining the process and changing the surveying experience.

From property developers, architects and managing agents to landlords and homeowners, our one stop service provides a simple & seamless surveying service.

He drives operational excellence and ensures that every client receives an exceptional service. Samuel’s straightforward approach and commitment to high standards are central to the company’s success.

Leah Levy

• Head of Operations

Leah manages the company’s systems, workflows and client service processes from start to finish. She also leads the integration of AI and technology across the business, ensuring that My Property Survey continues to innovate and operate efficiently at the highest professional level.

Uriel Morris

• Case Manager

Uriel manages valuation instructions from initial request through to completion. He has earned a strong reputation for delivering valuations within rapid timeframes while maintaining accuracy and clear communication.

Jake is known for his professionalism and keen attention to detail. He manages survey and valuation instructions with care and persistence, ensuring matters are followed through thoroughly and resolved efficiently for clients.

With a strong background in facilities management, Luke coordinates the delivery of specialist remedial works following survey recommendations. His practical expertise ensures that complex issues are understood and resolved effectively for clients.

Our Story.

November
2018

A gap in the market was identified. Many Investors, Developers and Homeowners were having to source multiple providers to carry out their surveys and valuations. Combined with arranging access, scheduling and being on top of the reports, we realised there must be a better way.

January
2019

My Property Survey was instructed on their first survey.

After months of market research and back-end work, My Property Survey was launched from a small home office, and began building out a strong network of vetted and regulated surveyors and valuers.

June
2021

Having been instructed on approx 500 surveys by this point, we hired our first Office Manager to help keep communication and scheduling on track.

August
2021

We began building a robust custom software to manage our partnerships and customer experience, This enabled us to deliver a super fast response time for bookings and scheduling.

November
2021

As our range of services increased and our service became more established and recognised by leading Estate Agents and property firms across the UK, we employed a full time Senior Client Manager to ensure that our service remained true to our promise, despite our growth.

Febuary
2022

My Property Survey moved to our first office space, and all staff were now operating from one central location. This helped with more efficient communication and ensured an even better customer experience.

August
2022

Due to the high volume of bookings, our first dedicated accounts manager joined the MPS team, freeing up time from the other staff and enabling us to remain focused on service, speed and results.

2023

We transitioned from just being a survey broker to building out our team to offer an end-to-end customer experience. A new member of staff joined filling the role of Administration and Compliance. This has allowed the other team members to focus on providing clients with an excellent and dedicated service.

My Property Survey outgrew our current premises and moved to an expanded state of the art premises.

As part of our expanded services, we have been building out our Specialist Remedial Works division, expanding our network of providers and working to deliver a complete end-to-end service for our clients requiring specialist remedial works.

A head of the valuation panel department is appointed as more lenders are trusting My Property Survey to arrange their valuations for them up and down the country.

Exciting times ahead as our tech partners are working to build out a fully custom client facing portal where they can view and manage their surveys and valuations, receive automated reminders and keep all their reports, surveys and valuations in one tidy place.
